    Hello,

    I have registered and paid for the Pali 1 course but cannot access it. The order status still shows as “processing”, but my credit card has been charged. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I am eager to begin as I am currently in an Upasika program, and a strong foundation in Pali would be immensely helpful.
